Meet your coach, Jessica
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here and ready to commit to taking your life back. As a health coach, I believe we all have the right to good health. We can’t achieve that when we’re depleted. I created this program as a form of activism against the powers that want us to remain glued to our screens and powerless to stop. Humans are creative social creatures and we deserve to thrive!
As a teenager, I got sucked into online gaming, spending 40 hours a week at my computer. During those self-conscious years, I found it easier to bond in a chatroom than in my high school. As a result, my real friendships suffered.
On the night of graduation, overcome by the isolation I created, I couldn’t bear to celebrate with a bunch of “strangers.” I locked myself in my room and never went. Starting college, I was super shy and awkward, my social skills damaged (and this was before social media). Thankfully my roommate coaxed me away from online gaming and I regained a social life that brought immense joy, adventure, and lasting friendship.
But my story doesn’t end there. I’ll share more with you as we connect through the program! I look forward to hearing your story too and helping you create a lasting transformation that transcends anything technology can offer.
