As lucky as a daughter

June 14, 2018June 15, 2018 Jessica Juliano

Father’s Day has become awkward. Emails and ads are shoved in our faces for gifts we have no reason to buy. This day means so much, yet since Pops departed this Earth, we’re unsure what to do. - My Values -

  1. Food as Medicine + Pleasure. Eating healthy is a form of self-respect. It doesn't have to be bland and boring. Enthusiasm and pleasure is part of our medicine.
  2. No BS. There's enough manipulation in the wellness world. My goal is to be a place of trust and honesty, always acting in your best interest.
  3. Respectful + Inclusive. Healthy is not a one size fits all. I respect the unique choices and goals we have when it comes to food and lifestyle.
  4. Love Over Fear. True, there's a lot of garbage in our food supply. Ideally, we're motivated to change because we deserve to feel good. Consuming nourishing foods is part of that plan. I promise to not overwhelm you with fear-inducing facts.
