6 benefits of working with a life coach

There’s so many life coaches nowadays that I feel like I’m constantly surrounded by them! Well I kind of am. I belong to many coach communities. But for others, it’s still an unfamiliar topic.

What exactly can working with a coach do for you?

I thought it’d be fun to put together a list in case you’re curious and considering if this is an option for you! Here goes.

1At the start of a new year, there’s so much excitement and commitment to new goals. But shortly after, it dwindles. As everyone else slowly falls back into their old routine, it’s harder for those of us who really want to commit, because now our support system has crumbled!

A coach provides a steady support system, accountability, and helps you understand what happens when you DO fall off track, so you don’t keep repeating the same patterns. If you want to continue building momentum and radically change the course of your 2019, a coach can definitely help with that!

Don’t be like this guy!

2Make a powerful stand for what you deserve. When you commit to a coaching program, you’re declaring that you’re no longer going to settle, because you deserve the best: friends, health, career, love, money, and happiness. You deserve it all! A coach helps you recognize that you’re worth it and you CAN make it happen, even if you don’t see it as a possibility right now.

3Feel more free to be yourself. I hear this one all the time. We feel like we have to adapt ourselves to meet others’ approval. Coaching provides a safe space where there are no “shoulds” and no expectations. You will be accepted exactly as you are. You can feel comfortable expressing yourself, how you feel, and the struggles you’re going through. There’s no judgment here – EVER.

4Gain a new perspective on money. As a self-worth coach, we can’t talk about worth without talking about money. Our culture has raised us to keep this topic hush hush, but this is a safe space to talk about all the taboo topics. That’s how deep healing occurs. You’ll learn how to combat money stress and feel confident earning what you deserve.

5Be an example to those around you. When you commit to this deep work on yourself, you inspire others to do the same for themselves. It won’t take long for them to notice a difference and wonder what you’re doing that’s got you radiating peace, love, and confidence. Imagine a world where we all loved and valued ourselves. It all starts with you.

You also set an example of how you deserve to be treated. When you love yourself better, you’re indirectly communicating to others that this is how to love you.

6Roar like a lion! Learn to trust and believe in yourself 100%. I hear all the time that we don’t trust ourselves. Coaching is the process of continuously taking steps forward in the direction of what we want. We find simple changes that have a major impact on how you feel and show up every day.

It won’t take long for you to realize that all along you had it within you. You’ll be amazed at what’s possible as you start to see the shifts in your every day life. You’ll look back and realize, “I WAS able to do this!” and as you continue to prove it to yourself, trust strengthens. With this comes the confidence to do ANYTHING! Self-doubt will no longer hold a candle to your courage.
