  1. Food as Medicine + Pleasure. Eating healthy is a form of self-respect. It doesn't have to be bland and boring. Enthusiasm and pleasure is part of our medicine.
  2. No BS. There's enough manipulation in the wellness world. My goal is to be a place of trust and honesty, always acting in your best interest.
  3. Respectful + Inclusive. Healthy is not a one size fits all. I respect the unique choices and goals we have when it comes to food and lifestyle.
  4. Love Over Fear. True, there's a lot of garbage in our food supply. Ideally, we're motivated to change because we deserve to feel good. Consuming nourishing foods is part of that plan. I promise to not overwhelm you with fear-inducing facts.
